<li>Operate standard Excavators, along with other heavy equipment as needed. Includes Loaders, Rollers, Scrapers, Blades, Scrapers, Dozers, and Skid Steers.</li>
<li>Perform mass grading, rock stabilization, excavation, demolition, and other duties as directed.</li>
<li>Perform daily fueling and greasing.</li>
<li>Assist with various labor-based tasks. This will require heavy lifting capabilities (up to 100 pounds).</li>

 <h2><b> Position Overview</b></h2>
 <p>This is not a basic maintenance position. We are looking for a <b>strong HVAC technician</b> who can move between communities and be the go-to person for diagnosing problems, handling repairs, and supporting site teams when HVAC issues get beyond the basics.</p>
 <p>This role is best for someone who is confident working independently, takes pride in doing things the right way, and can handle a mix of <b>HVAC service, installation support, troubleshooting, and general maintenance</b> across multiple properties.</p>
 <h2><b> What You’ll Do</b></h2>

With a high volume of orders per day, a successful candidate will have a strong grasp on high-level order processing, attention to detail, and a customer-first mentality to ensure accurate and timely order processing while maintaining a consistent schedule with a can-do attitude.</p>

<li><p>High school diploma or equivalent.</p></li>
<li><p>Minimum of two years of previous experience as a cocktail server in a similar, high-volume environment.</p></li>
<li><p>At least six months of previous cash handling experience.</p></li>
<li><p>Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, champagne, and cocktails.</p></li>
<li><p>Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards.</p></li>
<li><p>Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.</p></li>
<li><p>Excellent customer service and communication skills; ability to engage guests in a warm and professional manner.</p></li>
<li><p>Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with guests and team members.</p></li>

The actions, attitude and demeanor of our front desk team has a significant impact on our guests’ experience, and thus on our business. In addition to delivering remarkable hospitality, our guest service associates serve as the “person in charge”, responsible for handling emergencies and following proper procedures when a manager is not on site. The “night audit” shift (typically 11pm-7am) is usually the only employee on site, so comfort with responsibility for the property is essential for this position.</p>

 <li>Manage traditional hotel front desk responsibilities including answering phones, guest check-in and check-out, billing and payment collection, etc.</li>
 <li>Follow all hotel processes and procedures regarding communication, tracking, completing logs and reports, cleaning, and following and completing tasks outlined on shift checklists.</li>
 <li>Log, respond to and fulfill guest requests cheerfully in accordance with hotel policies.</li>
 <li>Identify and resolve guest service issues and frustrations in accordance with hotel policies.</li>
 <li>Complete and follow alcohol training as directed or required by government regulations, franchisors, and hotel management.</li>
 <li>Complete and retain training as directed by managers/trainers, including brand training, company training and in-person instruction. Note taking is encouraged.</li>
 <li>Assist with housekeeping, laundry and food and beverage operations as needed and directed by management. Doing laundry and helping to prepare for breakfast are core night auditor duties.</li>

In order to receive credit, you must provide a written description of your experience in wildland firefighting. Education without hands-on wildland firefighting experience does not meet this requirement. Periods of wildland firefighting experience, gained through militia and rural fire departments, can also be credited. Wildland fire is defined as any non-structure fire that occurs in the wildland. Two distinct types of wildland fire have been defined and include wildfire and prescribed fires as follows: Wildfire: Unplanned ignitions or prescribed fires that are declared wildfires. Prescribed Fires: Planned ignitions. This description includes only fire line experience on a Prescribed Fire; it does not include experience in the planning stages. Prescribed fire experience must be supplemented by fire suppression experience in order to be creditable as previous wildland firefighting experience.</p>\n\n<p><u>Physical Demands:</u> Normally the work is sedentary but often requires physical exertion while overseeing fire suppression activities including walking over rough, steep, uneven terrain in all types of weather. The incumbent is faced with emergency situations at all hours and must respond quickly. The position may require long shifts or multi-day assignments under primitive living conditions during emergencies. During the fire season, extended fire assignments away from the unit may be required under very stressful conditions.<br>\n<br>\n<u>Working Conditions:</u> Although work is generally performed in an office setting. Field work involves exposure to temperature extremes, both from weather and fire conditions where falling trees and the presence of smoke and/or dust create hazardous conditions.
