🔍 Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze healthcare datasets, including EMR/EHR, claims, clinical, and patient data to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights.

  • Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent).

  • Work closely with stakeholders (clinicians, administrators, product teams) to understand analytical needs and deliver impactful data solutions.

  • Ensure the quality, integrity, and security of healthcare data while adhering to HIPAA and other relevant compliance standards.

  • Build predictive models and use statistical techniques to solve clinical and operational challenges.
