Progressive Technology is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused E-commerce Customer Service Freelancer to join our remote team. Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and messaging platforms in a courteous and professional manner.
Resolve issues related to orders, shipping, product information, returns, and refunds.
Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions in internal systems.
Collaborate with internal teams including logistics, technical support, and sales to resolve complex queries.
Escalate unresolved problems to the appropriate departments while ensuring follow-up.
