Job Summary

Progressive Technology is seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and digitally savvy Content Curator to manage and refine the quality of educational content across our online learning platforms. The ideal candidate will have a passion for e-learning, excellent research skills, and a keen eye for identifying high-value educational resources. You will be instrumental in enhancing user experience by organizing, selecting, and updating course materials and multimedia assets that meet industry standards and learner needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Curate, review, and organize online course content across various categories and levels.

  • Identify high-quality learning materials (articles, videos, tutorials, PDFs, quizzes) and ensure they align with platform goals.

  • Collaborate with instructional designers and educators to evaluate the relevance and accuracy of content.

  • Tag and categorize content using metadata and SEO best practices.

  • Monitor user engagement metrics to improve content strategies.

  • Regularly update outdated or underperforming content.

  • Ensure all curated materials meet copyright and licensing requirements.

  • Create content playlists and learning paths to support user progression.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Education, Communications, Media, Information Science, or a related field.

  • Strong knowledge of online learning platforms (e.g., Teachable, Thinkific, Udemy, or Moodle).

  • Excellent research and analytical skills.

  • Ability to evaluate and summarize complex educational materials.

  • Familiarity with SEO, metadata tagging, and user behavior analytics.

  • Proficiency with digital tools such as Google Docs, Trello, Notion, Canva, and MS Office Suite.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Experience
