Job Summary

The Elite Job is looking for a proactive, customer-centric, and articulate E-mail/Chat Support Executive to join our virtual support team. This position is ideal for female candidates who possess excellent written communication skills in English and are passionate about delivering a seamless customer experience. You will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive interaction experience through email and chat platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email and chat channels.

  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering accurate, empathetic, and efficient support.

  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments while maintaining ownership until resolution.

  • Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in CRM systems.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (technical, sales, product) to ensure timely resolutions.

  • Manage multiple conversations simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

  • Follow company communication guidelines and scripts when handling customer queries.

  • Suggest improvements in process and service quality based on customer feedback.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficient in written English with strong grammar and vocabulary.

  • Computer literate with experience using chat tools, email platforms, and CRMs.

  • Typing speed of at least 30 WPM with high accuracy.

Experience

  • 0 to 2 years of experience in customer service, email/chat support, or a related field.

Working Hours
