Job Summary

Progressive Technology is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Online Sales Specialist to manage and grow our Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) e-commerce channels. In this role, you will play a key part in enhancing our brands online presence, optimizing conversion rates, and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue through our online platforms. You will work closely with marketing, product, and logistics teams to deliver a seamless customer experience across digital touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize listings across e-commerce platforms (e.g., Mercado Livre, Amazon, Shopify).

  • Develop and execute online sales strategies to maximize revenue and customer engagement.

  • Track KPIs including conversion rate, traffic, average order value, and sales funnel metrics.

  • Monitor competitor activities, trends, and pricing to adjust sales tactics accordingly.

  • Coordinate promotions, flash sales, and online campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.

  • Ensure product content (descriptions, images, pricing) is accurate and appealing.

  • Use data analytics tools to report on performance and recommend improvements.

  • Resolve customer issues and coordinate with support teams for after-sales service.

  • Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in D2C e-commerce sales or online business development.

  • Knowledge of online marketplaces and CMS platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.

  • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts (SEO, paid ads, email campaigns).

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sales data and trends.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets for reporting and forecasting.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese; working knowledge of English is a plus.

  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service.

Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years in e-commerce sales, digital retail, or related fields.

  • Experience with D2C brands and direct sales to consumers preferred.

  • Background in technology products, consumer electronics, or digital services is a strong advantage.

Working Hours

  • Flexible remote working hours.

  • Availability during core business hours (9 AM – 6 PM BRT) for team collaboration.

  • Occasional weekend or evening work during key campaign periods (e.g., Black Friday).
