  • Identify and correct errors in grammar, spelling, formatting, and medical terminology.

  • Ensure all documents adhere to HIPAA guidelines and confidentiality protocols.

  • Collaborate with medical coders, physicians, and administrative teams for clarifications and document revisions.

  • Maintain logs and records of documentation tasks completed.

  • Meet deadlines for report submissions and quality control checks.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficiency in written English with strong grammar and spelling abilities.
