Key Responsibilities

  • Understand job requirements and client expectations to source the right candidates.

  • Post job advertisements on job portals, social media platforms, and other relevant channels.

  • Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates.

  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.

  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports.

  • Regularly follow up with candidates and clients to ensure a smooth hiring process.

  • Provide timely feedback and ensure exceptional candidate experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in any discipline (preferred: HR, Psychology, Business Administration).

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, friendly, and approachable demeanor.

  • Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced HR environment.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Experience

  • No prior experience required — this opportunity is specifically tailored for female freshers.

  • Prior internships or volunteering work in HR or customer service (if any) will be a plus.

Working Hours

  • Flexible Working Hours: 4 to 6 hours per day (choose your preferred shift: morning/afternoon/evening).

  • Monday to Saturday work schedule (Sunday off).

  • Remote Work – No commuting required.

  • Understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and basic HR practices (training will be provided).

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
