You’ll be responsible for various administration tasks, including administrative responsibility for Amgueddfa Cymru’s recruitment and selection process, processing invoices and budget monitoring. You will also assist in answering general HR queries, monitoring, and processing HR-payroll data, updating the HR data base with changes.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p>Administrative duties will be completed effectively and efficiently, ensuring the department has adequate support to carry out all functions as listed above.</p><p>Responsibility for the HR inbox ensuring that any queries that come through are dealt with quickly and correctly.</p><p>Be part of ensuring that the HR Team provides an efficient and seamless assistance to both internal staff and external customers through provision of high-quality information and excellent service.</p><p>Ensure statistical information is kept up-to-date and reported, including Key Performance Indicators and other reporting requirements.</p><p>As a HR Team member you will contribute to the Team’s shared goals with a willingness to support and enable others</p>
