Job Summary:

The Elite Job is seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic Junior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic remote team. This role is ideal for someone with a flair for visual storytelling and a passion for creating impactful designs using tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign. As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will support our marketing, branding, and content teams by creating visually appealing graphics that align with our strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design social media graphics, web banners, email templates, presentations, and marketing materials.

  • Assist in developing design concepts that reflect brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

  • Edit and enhance images, vector illustrations, and branded templates.

  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and content teams to understand design requirements and deliver timely solutions.

  • Maintain consistency across all creative assets in terms of style, colors, fonts, and layouts.

  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for campaigns.

  • Adapt and resize assets across various platforms and formats (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, newsletters, websites).

  • Organize and archive design files for easy access and future use.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Canva and at least one Adobe Creative Suite tool (Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign).

  • Strong visual design sense with attention to detail and color theory.

  • Ability to follow brand guidelines and apply them across all designs.

  • Familiarity with image editing, typography, layout principles, and digital file formats.
