Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Web Designer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for female candidates who have a passion for front-end design and a solid foundation in HTML and CSS. As a Junior Web Designer, you will work closely with our senior design and development teams to create visually appealing, user-friendly web pages and interfaces for a wide range of clients and internal projects. This position offers the flexibility of working from home while gaining hands-on experience in a collaborative digital environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and update web pages and landing pages using HTML and CSS.

  • Assist in implementing responsive designs for mobile and desktop platforms.

  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers, developers, and content teams to ensure a seamless user experience.

  • Optimize web designs for speed, accessibility, and usability.

  • Troubleshoot and fix basic design-related issues and bugs.

  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital designs and web pages.

  • Participate in design brainstorming sessions and provide creative input.

  • Stay up to date with emerging web technologies and design trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of HTML and CSS.

  • Familiarity with web design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, or Canva (preferred but not required).

  • Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles.

  • Strong eye for design, color theory, layout, and typography.

  • Ability to learn quickly and follow design and development guidelines.

Experience

  • 0 to 2 years of experience in web design or a related field.

  • Freshers with strong HTML/CSS skills and design interest are encouraged to apply.

Working Hours

  • Flexible working hours with a minimum of 4 to 6 hours per day.

  • Monday to Friday (weekends off).
