Mortgage Loan Processor (Wholesale Experience Required) – Remote

LoanSuite Mortgage is hiring an experienced Mortgage Loan Processor with a strong background in the wholesale broker channel. This is a fully remote position supporting a fast-paced, high-volume pipeline with multiple wholesale investors.

We’re looking for someone who can step in, take ownership of files, and move loans efficiently from application to funding with minimal oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

Process residential mortgage loans from application through funding

Work directly with loan officers, borrowers, and multiple wholesale lenders

Submit complete loan packages to investors and manage conditions proactively

Review income, assets, credit, and collateral for accuracy and guideline compliance

Clear conditions and drive files to Clear to Close (CTC)

Maintain pipeline timelines and communicate status updates consistently

Required Experience:

2+ years of mortgage loan processing experience in a wholesale broker environment

Proven experience working with multiple wholesale lenders, including:

Plaza Home Mortgage

AFR Wholesale

EPM Wholesale

Rocket Pro TPO

UWM

Strong knowledge of Conventional, FHA, and VA guidelines

Ability to manage multiple files and investors simultaneously

Experience with AUS (DU/LP), income calculation, and condition clearing
