We’re seeking a talented Advertising Strategist who can confidently manage multiple accounts, multiple campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and continuously push for better results. This role is ideal for a self-motivated, data-savvy professional who enjoys working independently and staying ahead of industry trends

This is a Flexible Part Time to Full Time position.

We're especially looking for someone with a specialty in working with Google Ads.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and manage high-performing advertising campaigns (Meta, Google Ads).
  • Continuously analyze campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs and ROAS goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and quality deliverables.
  • Lead the strategic direction for ad copy, creative, landing pages, and success metrics.
  • Monitor campaign health and performance, identifying opportunities and risks.
  • Stay up to date with platform changes, new tools, and industry best practices.
  • Attend virtual meetings during standard U.S. business hours (8am - 5pm CT).

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–4+ years of hands-on experience with Google Ads
  • 3–4+ years of hands-on experience with Meta
  • Proven success with B2B and D2C brands.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • U.S. residency required. (Texas residents preferred, but not required!)
  • Strong understanding of campaign structure, audience targeting, tracking, and reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Critical and strategic thinker with a proactive mindset.
  • Manage $10K–$100K+ monthly ad spend across Meta & Google.
  • Can read an Ads Manager report and turn it into action steps.
  • Have at least 3 years of direct campaign management (not just project oversight).

Compensation & Work Arrangement:

  • Independent Contractor (1099) position.
