Key Responsibilities As a 2nd Shift Customer Service Representative at arenaflex , you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding service to our valued customers. Your daily responsibilities will include Handling a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner. Listening actively to customer concerns, identifying issues, and providing effective solutions in a timely manner. Documenting customer interactions accurately within our Windows-based CRM and call management systems. Multi-tasking efficiently while maintaining composure and attention to detail during peak call periods. Escalating complex issues to supervisors or specialized departments when necessary. Meeting or exceeding individual and team performance metrics, including call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores. Participating in ongoing training sessions to stay current on products, services, and best practices. Contributing to a positive team environment by collaborating with colleagues and sharing knowledge. Maintaining confidentiality and demonstrating the highest standards of integrity in every customer interaction. Adapting to schedule flexibility, including weekend availability (Saturday or Sunday is required). Essential Qualifications & Skills To succeed as a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex , candidates should possess the following Computer Proficiency Solid computer skills in a Windows-based environment, including comfort with navigating multiple applications simultaneously. Typing Speed Minimum typing speed of 25–30 words per minute with a high degree of accuracy. Work Ethic Demonstrated integrity, honesty, and a strong commitment to doing the right thing. Reliability Consistent punctuality and excellent attendance are essential. Multi-Tasking Ability Capability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor. Background Check Must be able to successfully pass a post-offer, pre-employment background check. Work-From-Home Technical Requirements For remote positions, arenaflex provides all the equipment you need to succeed. However, candidates must have the following home internet setup High-Speed Broadband Internet A minimum of 10 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download speed. Note Satellite internet is not supported. Currently hiring in the following states Indiana, North Carolina, Nevada, Tennessee, Texas, Pennsylvania, and Arizona (bilingual candidates only for Arizona). Training & Schedule Details At arenaflex , we set you up for success from day one. All new hires receive comprehensive paid training to ensure you feel confident and prepared. Training Duration 14 days of paid training. Training Schedule Monday through Friday, 800 AM – 430 PM Central Time (CT). Shift Availability After training, shifts will be scheduled between 100 PM – 1100 PM CT , with a requirement to work either Saturday or Sunday . This is a 2nd shift position, ideal for individuals who prefer afternoon and evening hours or who thrive in a non-traditional work schedule.
