The Elite Job is looking for passionate and fluent English-speaking professionals to join our growing team as Remote English Tutors. If you have a knack for teaching and can confidently deliver engaging spoken English or IELTS training sessions, this opportunity is tailor-made for you. This is a fully remote role, ideal for individuals who enjoy flexibility while making a meaningful impact on learners globally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct one-on-one or group online classes in Spoken English or IELTS preparation.

  • Customize lesson plans according to student proficiency levels and goals.

  • Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback for improvement.

  • Prepare learning resources such as quizzes, assignments, and practice tests.

  • Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and IELTS exam patterns.

  • Maintain professional communication with students and parents (if applicable).

  • Encourage participation and create a supportive, interactive learning environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in English, Education, or any relevant field (preferred but not mandatory).

  • Fluency in English with excellent pronunciation and grammar.

  • TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification or IELTS Trainer Certification is a plus.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Comfortable using online platforms like Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams.

  • Ability to create engaging learning content using digital tools.

Experience

  • Minimum 6 months of teaching or tutoring experience (offline or online).

  • Freshers with strong spoken English skills and a passion for teaching are also encouraged to apply.

  • Prior experience in IELTS coaching is highly desirable.

Working Hours

  • Flexible scheduling – choose your own slots between 6 AM to 11 PM IST.

  • Minimum commitment of 3 hours per day, 5 days a week.

  • Weekend slots are optional but preferred for IELTS classes.

  • Deep understanding of English grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation techniques.

  • Ability to simplify complex concepts for learners of all levels.
