A private, UHNW family is seeking a polished, highly experienced rota nanny to join their household. This is a long-term, 1 week on / 1 week off position, supporting two young daughters (ages 1.5 and 3).

The role will ideally commence in July, with the family based in Southampton for the summer season (approximately June 15th – September 1st), before returning to Palm Beach, but the family would like to locate the indiviudal ahead of time and possibly integrate sooner.

The family is warm, grounded, and values professionalism without formality. They are seeking a nanny who brings discretion, emotional intelligence, and a calm, capable presence, while operating seamlessly within a high-functioning household.


Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional, developmentally informed care for two young children

  • Establish and maintain consistent routines, while remaining flexible to the family’s schedule

  • Plan thoughtful, engaging activities that support early childhood development

  • Oversee all child-related responsibilities and daily needs

  • Travel with the family as required, including seasonal relocation to Southampton

  • Collaborate effortlessly with parents, ensuring a cohesive environment


Additional Context:

  • Mom is pregnany with a third - a trusted baby nurse will be engaged upon arrival of the third child

  • The household has other staff; the ability to integrate respectfully and professionally 

  • The family places a high value on discretion

  • Travel is covered, including return flights during off-weeks


Schedule:

  • 1 week on / 1 week off (live-in during working week)
