We’re building the next iHerb for pets: a trusted, tech-forward destination for pet wellness with a seamless Shopify-powered experience and an emerging online veterinary pharmacy. We also have a sister veterinary clinic in Hong Kong and are committed to delivering O2O (online-to-offline) experiences that bridge digital shopping and real-world pet care.
The Role
As our Shopify Operations Specialist, you’ll own everything on and around Shopify that moves the needle: storefront, themes, apps, data, analytics, CX automations, lifecycle marketing, and O2O with our HK sister clinic. This role is focused on Shopify and everything directly tied to it that drives our vision and growth (themes, apps, data, analytics, CX automations, lifecycle/O2O) including stepping in to resolve Shopify-related customer support tickets when needed.

- Geo-targeted promos, in-clinic QR flows that deep-link to Shopify, and cross-border offers (HK ↔ PH)

What You’ll Bring
- Deep Shopify expertise: 3–6 years building and operating Shopify/Shopify Plus (Liquid, JSON templates, metafields, theme app extensions).
- Front-end capability: Proficient in HTML/CSS/JS to implement features and performance fixes.
- Customer-first mindset: You obsess over UX, speed, and post-purchase experience.
- Proactive & detail-oriented: You anticipate issues, propose pragmatic solutions, and ship fast.
- Lifecycle & messaging tools: Hands-on with Klaviyo (or similar) and WhatsApp Business/API.
- Basic CS competency: Comfortable handling Shopify-related support and tooling.
- Nice to have: E-pharma/regulated commerce experience; headless Shopify basics; SEO; GA4; Tag Manager;
experience building O2O flows or integrating with clinic/appointment systems.
- Fully remote, with periodic 1–2 week in‑person sprints when the core team is around or as needed.
- Travel to Hong Kong when needed.
- Startup hours when mission-critical—balanced by flexibility and trust.
