Progressive Technology is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Payment & Order Support Specialist to join our remote customer operations team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers with questions or issues regarding payment processing, order tracking, refunds, and related support services. Your ability to resolve queries quickly and professionally will directly impact customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and ticketing systems.

  • Assist customers in resolving payment-related issues, including failed transactions, payment confirmations, refunds, and billing queries.

  • Support customers with order-related requests such as status updates, cancellations, returns, or delivery concerns.

  • Investigate and resolve disputes by coordinating with internal finance and logistics teams.

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.

  • Escalate complex issues to the relevant departments while ensuring timely follow-up.

  • Monitor order and payment systems for anomalies and flag potential fraud or processing errors.
