  • Coach clients on job search strategies, interview preparation, and career transitions.

  • Maintain confidential and up-to-date case notes for all sessions.

🎯 Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Education, Social Work, or a related field (Masters preferred but not required).

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Excellent listening skills and empathetic approach to client needs.

  • Comfortable with digital tools such as Zoom, Google Meet, and shared workspaces (e.g., Google Docs, Trello).

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and ethical boundaries in a remote counseling environment.

  • Proficient in creating and reviewing resumes, cover letters, and LinkedIn profiles.

📚 Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in career counseling, HR, coaching, teaching, or related areas preferred.

  • Freshers with strong communication skills and a passion for coaching are also encouraged to apply.
