Voice Process Executive – Female Work From Home (Day Shift)

Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking a dynamic and articulate Voice Process Executive (Female) to join our remote customer support team. This is an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals who have a passion for communication and customer service. As a Voice Process Executive, you will be the first point of contact for customers, managing inbound and outbound calls in a professional and friendly manner. This role is fully remote and offers the flexibility of working from home while contributing to a fast-growing organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls with professionalism and empathy.

  • Resolve customer queries, provide product/service information, and offer appropriate solutions.

  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through timely and effective communication.

  • Record and update customer interactions in the system accurately.

  • Collaborate with team members and report to supervisors to ensure high service quality.

  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams when required.

  • Follow communication scripts and guidelines provided by the company.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English and regional languages (as applicable).

  • Confident telephone etiquette and active listening abilities.

  • Comfortable working with CRM tools and remote communication platforms.

  • Must own a laptop/desktop with a stable internet connection and a headset with microphone.

  • Ability to stay focused and organized in a work-from-home setting.

Experience

  • Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in a voice-based BPO or customer service role preferred.

  • Freshers with strong communication skills and a desire to build a career in customer service are also encouraged to apply.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position with Day Shift hours (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST).

  • Monday to Saturday (Sunday off).

  • Fixed shift timing with occasional team meetings or training sessions online.
