Job Summary

As a Quality Analyst, you will play a critical role in monitoring, evaluating, and improving the quality of customer service interactions, digital products, or internal workflows. Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and evaluate customer service calls, chats, or email interactions to ensure adherence to quality standards.

  • Document quality assurance issues and performance gaps and provide actionable feedback to team members.

  • Work closely with team leads to develop and update quality assurance policies and procedures.

  • Generate performance reports and analysis to help improve overall team effectiveness.

  • Support in creating training material based on common QA findings.

  • Participate in calibration sessions to ensure consistency in evaluations.

  • Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify subtle inconsistencies.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.).

  • Ability to work independently and stay organized in a remote setup.

  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.

Experience

  • Freshers are welcome to apply

  • Prior internship, academic project, or part-time experience in QA or customer service is a plus, but not mandatory.

Working Hours

  • Flexible working hours available (Full-time or Part-time)

  • 5 to 6 working days a week, depending on the assigned project
