Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking enthusiastic and goal-driven individuals to join our recruitment team as Work from Home Recruiters. As a remote recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various job openings. Whether you are a recent graduate, career switcher, or looking for a flexible side income, this role offers an entry point into the world of talent acquisition—right from the comfort of your home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand client hiring needs and job descriptions.

  • Source candidates through online job boards, social media, and networking platforms.

  • Conduct initial screenings and pre-interviews via phone or video.

  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment tracking tools.

  • Support onboarding processes when required.

  • Collaborate with the internal HR team to ensure smooth recruitment workflow.

  • Follow up with candidates and provide timely updates.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Basic understanding of recruitment or willingness to learn.

  • Comfortable using email, online job portals, and social media.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Google Workspace or MS Office.

  • A positive and professional demeanor.

Experience

  • No prior recruitment experience required.

  • Freshers, students, homemakers, or career switchers are welcome.

  • Prior experience in HR, telecalling, customer service, or admin roles will be an added advantage.

Working Hours

  • Flexible part-time or full-time options available.

  • Choose between 3 to 6 working hours per day.

  • Weekend availability is optional.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Knowledge of online sourcing tools (training provided).

  • Time management and organizational abilities.

  • Ability to manage multiple job openings and meet deadlines.

  • Basic knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
